Maple Springs Management, LLC is proposing to construct a skilled nursing facility in South Anchorage, Alaska. The proposed skilled nursing facility will consist of 120 skilled nursing facility units. A portion of the units will provide hospice care. The proposed skilled nursing facility will be co-located and part of a planned continuous care community; a portion of which is currently under construction and consists of 107 assisted living facility units.
