Anchorage Youth Development Academy
October 2009 – March 2010. The Youth Development Academy is for people who work directly with youth (ages 12-18.)  This is an intensive 38 hour training spanning 6 months, based on the highly researched methods from the Center for Youth Program Quality: a partnership between the Forum for Youth Investment and High/Scope Educational Research Foundation.  It will consist of an initial three-day training session, four follow-up & coaching sessions, with a final wrap-up session on March 4, 2010.  For Academy registration information; and a description of the Academy curriculum.   www.aydc.org (DOCUMENTS:EVENTS and ANNOUNCEMENTS).
