Would you like automated information about your particular case?

The State of Alaska has an automated Hotline that may have your answer.
Call 269-5777 to reach the Hotline from within the Anchorage area, or
888-804-6330 to reach the Hotline from outside the Anchorage area.

Once the phone is answered, press Option 2 to access information about your Denali KidCare or Medicaid case.

You will then be asked to enter (key in on the phone touch pad) their case number and a security code. The security code is the last four digits of the Social Security Number of the Primary Information (PI) person on the case.

A menu listing possible options is read. Callers may request:

  • Medicaid information

  • Additional coupons

  • Eligibility information on individuals on the case. For this option, you'll need the Social Security Number of the person for whom they are requesting the information

  • Eligibility and benefit information for all other programs

  • Monthly Report Form receipt date,

  • Name of a caseworker

  • a Food Stamp ID card
