The Vaccinate Alaska Coalition Executive Committee invites all those interested in participating in the of the coalition as members to please apply.

Membership fees

Corporate or Organization Membership: $25.00
Individual Membership: $10.00

Membership responsibilities

Payment of membership dues entitles members to participate in coalition votes. Each individual member will have one vote. Organization members may include more than one individual, but will have one vote as an organization. Members agree to take an active role in the work of the coalition including, but not limited to, financial or in-kind contributions, serving as an officer or serving as a committee chair or member.
