EMS Regulations Workshops

The State EMS Office is holding public workshops to discuss changes to the EMS regulations.  Four workshops will be held during April and May in Anchorage, Fairbanks, and Sitka.  The workshops will also be accessible by webinar and teleconference.  Information about the workshops and the draft regulations can be found at the following website:

Mission

The mission of the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) program in Alaska is to reduce both the human suffering and economic loss to society resulting from premature death and disability due to injuries and sudden illness.

Successful completion of the written examination is not, by itself, evidence of certification. You are not certified until you are issued a valid certificate and wallet card.
