Research and Analysis Team

The Research and Analysis Unit provides support, information, research and analysis products and services to Senior and Disabilities Services, Health and Social Services representatives, a variety of stakeholders throughout the state, and even throughout the nation. Its role as the Information Technology liaison allows it to advise SDS on technical developments and collaborate with the Health and Social Services Enterprise Technology Services on variety of projects. The unit specializes in business process diagramming, data maintenance, user guide design, statistical analysis, process and system implementation, report writing and publishing, account management for the SDS’s data system and training associated with the use of systems and internal processes. The unit is also the point of contact for process or data related needs in regard to any of the programs operated through Senior and Disabilities Services.
