How Does This Affect Non-Faith or Existing Organizations?

This initiative does not mean that there will now be “preferential treatment” of faith-inspired organizations in the federal granting process. It simply means that faith, community and grassroots organizations who serve people in need will have equal access to government funding that enables these services.
