FY 2010 Deferred Maintenance RFP

The Facilities Section published a Deferred Maintenance RFP on June 8.  This RFP will be out until September 11.  The RFP may be accessed through the State’s Online Public Notice site

The funds awarded from this RFP are to be utilized for the repair, maintenance and ADA compliant renovation of buildings housing treatment offices, residential services, administrative offices and similar services for Trust beneficiaries.  Please relay this grant opportunity notification to any eligible parties who may be interested in applying for these funds.

As a side note, because we anticipate the funding requests to exceed the amount of available funds, we are in the preliminary process for planning a Proposal Evaluation Committee (PEC) .  If you are interested in participating as a member of the PEC or if you know anyone who would be a prime candidate, please let me know.
