YouSendIt: An Introduction for Grantees and Providers Presentation

To better meet regulatory requirements when transmitting sensitive, electronic information to and from the Department of Health and Social Services, (DHSS) DHSS has instituted a platform for secure file transfer called “YouSendIt”. YouSendIt enhances ongoing DHSS efforts through the Grantee Partnership Project, by providing a secure mechanism to submit DHSS grant reports. YouSendIt will expedite the delivery of reports that may have been typically mailed to DHSS and ensures confidentiality for those reports that were originally emailed through an unsecure method.

The YouSendIt secure file transfer service is free and easy-to-use. DHSS has created the attached YouSendIt training video to assist our grantee partners utilize the YouSendIt encrypted software.
