Workforce Enhancement Team (WET)

A group of ARO employees at all levels meet monthly to discuss strategies and ideas to enhance the workforce and the environment through uplifting morale, recognizing good performance and removing barriers.

Child Specific Recruitment Task Force

The Task Force focuses on the children in Anchorage that are legally free without an identified permanent home.  Through collaboration and partnership, recruitment of adoptive homes is the focus.
